1. Sponsor

2. Promotion period
The Vara Full Lineup Giveaway (the "Promotion") begins October 5, 2026 at 12 am ET and ends October 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (the "Promotion Period"). Vara's server clock is the official clock for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agency staff of Vara, including its advertising agency, and the members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
4. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, visit varasafety.com/giveaway, complete the entry form with your first name, email address, state of residence and the Vara safe you would most like, check the box confirming that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3 and accept these Official Rules, and click the confirmation link sent to your email address. An entry counts only after its email address is confirmed. A confirmed entry earns 1 entry. Entering subscribes the entrant to Vara's marketing emails, as described in Section 12.
Limit one entrant per person and per email address. Addresses that differ only by capital letters, a "+" tag, or (for Gmail) periods are treated as the same address. Entries made by automated means are void.
5. Bonus entries for referrals
After confirming, each entrant receives a personal referral link. For each person who enters through that link and confirms their email address during the Promotion Period, the referring entrant earns 3 bonus entries, up to a maximum of 60 bonus entries (20 referrals). Only direct referrals count. Self-referrals are void. Vara may review, withhold or void bonus entries it reasonably believes were earned by fraud or automation.
6. Prizes
Two prize packages will be awarded. Each package ("The Full Vara Lineup") contains:
- RACT Biometric, ARV $399
- RACT Keypad, ARV $369
- RACT Conversion Kit for the RACT Keypad (AR Style or Shotgun & Traditional Rifle, the winner's choice), ARV $50
- Reach Tactical, ARV $319
- Reach 2S, ARV $299
- Vara Ultraheavy Hoodie, ARV $100
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each package: $1,536. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,072. Prizes ship by November 15, 2026 to each prize recipient's verified address in the United States. The Reach 2S includes the holster insert for the recipient's handgun model. No transfer or cash equivalent. Vara may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable. Prize recipients are responsible for complying with state and local laws on firearm storage devices.
7. Winner selection
On October 28, 2026, Vara will randomly select one Grand Prize winner from all eligible, confirmed entries received, weighted by each entrant's total entries, along with 3 alternates in order. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The second prize package (the "Referral Prize") goes to the eligible, confirmed entrant who referred the Grand Prize winner. If the Grand Prize winner was not referred, or the referrer is ineligible or does not qualify, the Grand Prize winner nominates one friend who meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3 to receive the Referral Prize.
8. Notification and verification
Winners are notified by email and must respond within 5 days. Each prize recipient must sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9. If a winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next alternate.
9. Taxes
Each prize package is worth more than $600. Prize recipients are responsible for all taxes on their prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
10. Offer for other entrants
When the Promotion ends, each confirmed entrant who does not win will receive a single-use discount offer by email. The offer is not a prize and has no bearing on the drawing.
11. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Vara's decisions, which are final and binding. Vara may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaks these Official Rules, and may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects its fairness.
Vara is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants release Vara, its affiliates and its agencies, and their employees, from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from accepting, possessing or using a prize.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in the Promotion is used to run it and as described in Vara's Privacy Policy. By entering, each entrant subscribes to Vara's marketing emails, including the offer in Section 10, and can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of them. Unsubscribing does not affect an entry or the chance of winning.
13. Winners list
The first name, last initial and state of each prize recipient will be posted at varasafety.com/giveaway/winners after the drawing, with their consent.
14. No platform sponsorship
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform.
