30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Vara Safety stands behind every product we make. All Vara Safety products — including the Reach 2S, RACT, and Reach Tactical — are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this period, you may return it for a refund.
To initiate a return: Contact our customer service team at support@varasafety.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number issued in advance.
Once your RMA is approved, Vara Safety will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return at no cost to you. Please note that the original outbound shipping fee paid at the time of your order is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in new or like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories, mounting hardware, and documentation. Vara Safety reserves the right to issue a partial refund at its sole discretion for any product returned in a scratched, damaged, or used condition, or that shows signs of abnormal use, modification, or tampering. All such determinations made by Vara Safety are final and binding.
Eligibility: The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from varasafety.com or an authorized Vara Safety retailer. Items sold as "As-Is," distressed, display samples, or marked as Sale/Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Limited One-Year Warranty
Vara Safety is committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality and makes every effort to ensure its products are free of defects. All Vara Safety products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from varasafety.com or an authorized dealer.
This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable.
What Is Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with Vara Safety's product instructions.
What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, improper installation, unauthorized service, alteration or removal of serial numbers, or failure to follow the instructions provided by Vara Safety.
Warranty Remedy: If your product is determined to be defective under this warranty, Vara Safety will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective unit at no charge to you. You will be required to return the defective unit along with all included accessories and proof of purchase prior to receiving a replacement.
Warranty Terms:
- This warranty applies to all Vara Safety products — including the Reach 2S, RACT, and Reach Tactical — purchased new from varasafety.com or an authorized dealer. It does not apply to As-Is, distressed, display, or Sale/Clearance items, which are all final sale.
- Damage resulting from misuse, tampering, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, unauthorized modification, unauthorized service, or alteration of the serial number will void this warranty.
- The Company's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component at no cost to the purchaser during the warranty period.
- To obtain warranty service, contact Vara Safety directly at support@varasafety.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any product. Proof of purchase from varasafety.com or an authorized dealer is required.
- Products returned without a prior Return Authorization Number may not be accepted, and Vara Safety will not be responsible for their disposition or the cost of return to the owner.
- Vara Safety assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping. All return-authorized packages should include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
- This warranty is not an insurance policy. Vara Safety is not responsible for damage to or theft of any Vara Safety product or its contents.
- Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranties described above. Vara Safety expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so the above may not apply to you.
- Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. Vara Safety shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of any Vara Safety product.
