Part Time / Full Time Role | Remote 

We are looking for a talented, driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will have creative ownership over our channels and help define what Vara Safety looks and sounds like online. 

Vara’s social media channels have over 100,000 followers and viral videos that have hit over 20M views. We have established a strong brand presence and are looking for someone to take it to the next level.

| What You Will Do 

• Content Creation: Film and edit short-form, reel-style video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts 

• Consistency: Execute a consistent posting schedule, diversifying into the four marketing pillars, and maintain our brand voice across all platforms 

• Trends: Stay current with trends, engage with our community, and build genuine connections 

• Performance: Track performance metrics and share insights to sharpen our content strategy 

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the team on product launches, campaigns, and announcements

| What We're Looking For

• Own or have consistent access to firearms

• Able to film on smartphone and edit 

• Knows how content performs differently per platform 

• Comfortable and personable on camera & in captions 

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule 

• Can speak authentically about responsible gun ownership

• Familiar with the firearms or outdoor lifestyle community online

• Have grown a social account from scratch
