IMPORTANT: Attempted returns WITHOUT prior authorization from Vara WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Follow the instructions for the prompts below to generate a Return Authorization Form.

Return Process

Create Your Return Authorization Form

  1. Use the same email address used to place your order. Enter your order number as 4-digits. There should be no letters or spaces.
  2. Select the product(s) you need to repair, exchange, or return for a refund.
  3. Complete any questions on the form and submit.

Package and Ship Your Return

  1. Find the automated email from no-reply@varasafety.com, and print the attached form.
  2. Package up all returning contents, and include the Return Authorization Form portion inside.
  3. Seal the package, and fix the shipping label to the outside.
  4. Ship your return.

Wait for Confirmation

  1. Upon receiving your package, we will inspect, diagnose, and address any issues we may find.
  2. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • For Repairs (Servicing): Repairs may take up to 5 additional business days for post inspection. You will receive an email with tracking info when the outgoing label is created. *If your return package is missing important parts, we may need to wait to receive these before completing your exchange.
  • For Exchanges: You will receive an email with tracking info when the outgoing label is created. *If your return package is missing important parts, we may need to wait to receive these before completing your exchange.
  • For Refunds: You will receive an email notification when we have submitted your refund. Processing may take up to 7 days, depending on your bank. *If your return package is missing important parts, we may need to wait to receive these before completing your refund.

Other Information

  • IF you are shipping back a safe, we require the paired keys to ship as well.
