Servicing, Exchanges, and Returns

IMPORTANT: Returns WITHOUT prior authorization from Vara Safety Support CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. If you have not yet received authorization, please contact us at, and we will be happy to help!

Follow the instructions for the prompts below to generate a Return Authorization Slip.

Create Your Return Form

  1. Please use the email address associated with your order. Enter your order number as 4-digits. There should be no letters or spaces.
    • Servicing: Select the "Exchange" checkbox, and include "servicing" in the textbox!
  2. Find the automated email from, and print the attached form

Package and Ship Your Return

  1. Package up all returning contents, and include the Return Authorization Slip inside
    • Make sure to include the proper keys if sending back a Reach!
    • Missing or damaged items may need to be addressed before completing an exchange, or may result in a partial refund.
  2. Ship your return
    • Save your tracking number!

Wait for Confirmation

  1. We can confirm the contents as soon as we receive your returning package!
    • Servicing will take 1-3 business days to address and fully test any issues.
    • Exchanges will be shipped out within 1 business day.
  2. You will receive an automated email with tracking info when the label is created.
    • Refunds will be issued within 1 business day, and will take 5-7 days to process and show in your bank statement.
